We the E.R.C are searching ways that we can use solar energy in the Upper Merion Township so that we can live in a clean and beautiful enviorment here in Upper Merion Township. solar energy is a great resource for us to use because it is a clean, non-harmful energy that comes from the sun. This energy would be a fantastic energy to use in Upper Merion Township because it is renewable, it will conserve us energy, and it is free. Upper Merion Township would be a cleaner, more beautiful, and a safer environment because we could conserve energy with the solar energy resource. This is why Upper Merion Township should use solar energy for our new energy.
Advantages Solar energy will not

Disadvantages Solar energy will not work
at all in bad weather.
It will never run out
because it is a natural
recourse.
It requries a large amount
of space which is a big
disadvantage to people who
live in small towns.

Also, if you live in a cloudy
area it will not work very

Solution: The solution to it not working in bad weather is solar panels can store power in battery that can work then. Next solar planels requreing a large amount of space is easy to fix because you can put solar panels almost any where on the roof,and the side of your house. Also, like the first solution battery can store power works at night, but nobody really uses electricity at night while your sleeping. Last, if you live in a cloudy area you should have a back up just in case so there is no shivering.

Our Group selected this energy becuase it is ecofriendly and is an unlimited energy recource .It has a few problems but nothing we can't deal with. There are alot of advantages that we did not post. Just remember "E.R.C. is the one for me"! You may ask, "Where did this energy come from?" It comes from a natural recourse in the sky called the sun. The next question you may ask is "How does this energy work?" Well the E.R.C. co. knows how. First the E.R.C. will convert the solar energy into thermal energy. Thermal energy will help you heat your homes, schools, greenhouse ,and other work places. Also sunlight composed of photons which contain energy.
This is why Upper Merion Township should use the E.R.C's ecofriendly solar energy resource. It will help save energy ,and money. Also it is good for the earth. Like one solar energy will never pollute the earth or cut down the rainforest. Next Upper Merion will never run out of solar energy because it is natural ,and there is an endless supply of sunlight. Last solar energy is free after you buy solar panels.

First we'll use central power plants in the future.
We will also use sunlight to heat are water.
Also the E.R.C. will open more solar power plants.
Next we will instal solar panels any where we can to save energy.
